Designed with a 3” x 3” 11-gauge steel mainframe, the SPR500 provides solid, stable and safe workouts even under the heaviest training conditions. The SPR500 Half Rack features premium J Cup lift-offs, safety spotter arms and an integrated chinning bar for pull-ups, chin-ups and upper body development. The hole spacing for the spotter arms are every 1”, ensuring users will always find the perfect stretch without fear of comprising safety. The rear extension makes the ideal addition to your SPR500 Half Rack, offering plenty of space for storage, without increasing the usage footprint, to keep your home gym organised and tidy after you finish your workout. The BSSFID425 bench offers durable padding and multiple independent back/seat adjustments for the ultimate comfort during your workout, plus the numerous positions allow users to complete tons of new exercises! The BSSRDIP Dip Attachment connects to the front of your rack. With adjustable height and comfort-grip handles, you can perform dips comfortably and efficiently, taking your dips to the next level. The BSSPRDCB Dual Chin Up Bars add both a wide grip and traditional grip chinning station to your rack. Featuring a 2” and 1.5” diameter chin bar, the chinning bars offer a comfortable knurl for a tight, secure grip. Also included are the BSSRCB Cannonball Grips.
