Its resistance is created by the large fan at the front of the bike, which is adjustable through 10 levels—perfect for both beginners and seasoned athletes. The Bike ERG has an ergonomic seat and handlebar set up for maximum support, which are both fully adjustable to make finding the right riding position easy. An advanced LCD monitor displays your speed, distance, time and calories burned, with a selection of built-in workout programmes and Bluetooth connectivity enabling compatibility with Zwift and Kinomap. The built-in heart rate sensors help you stay within your target heart rate zone (chest strap required) for efficient workouts, while the bike also features non-slip pedals, an integrated tablet holder, water bottle holder, front-mounted transport wheels and leg levellers. Kerbside pallet delivery included. Option to upgrade at additional costs.
