Complete with the XR console, you can view all your workout stats with ease on the bright 8.5” LCD display. There are 5 workout programmes built-in, including the renowned Sprint8 HIIT programme for intense home training. Integrated toggles on the handlebars let you ramp up the intensity of your workout, as you move between 20 electronic resistance levels on the go.
