Slant Board Stackable Single Slant Wedges

This set includes two 9° and one 18° wedges, manufactured from a very lightweight but extremely strong EPP (Expanded Poly-Propylene). The wedges have an interlocking design, allowing users to easily switch between combinations to create angles of 9°, 18°, 27° or 36° for both single and dual legged exercises. By elevating the heels during squats, stretches and mobility exercises, users can experience a much deeper range of motion in any exercise requiring a full knee bend.
