Please note: Concept II Rowing Machines, Concept II branded products and York products are excluded from our price promise. To be elgible for our price promise, the product available elsewhere must be new (i.e. not ex-display item), the same manufacturer and SKU, and must be in stock and readily available from a UK-based company. For example, out of stock products found via Google would not be eligible for our price promise. There may also be rare exceptions where we are unable to match a price due to a competitor’s exclusive promotion, or if the seller is not a genuine retailer (e.g. member of the public, eBay retailers, some Amazon retailers, and "bogus" websites set up with the aim of defrauding members of the public).
Customers will not qualify for interest option credit finance on price matches unless this was also included in the competitor’s price.
How to Order
We have 5 methods for you to place your order - telephone, fax, mail, instore and online. All orders must be paid for in full before they will be shipped or ordered from the supplier. This includes any item that is put on back order for you because it is out of stock. Payment is necessary so that we can allocate the incoming stock to your order. If you do not wish for payment to be taken for back order items, we will be able to leave the item on back order for you, but we cannot guarantee that there will be free stock available to fulfil your order.
Please note: in all cases we must have a contact telephone number for you. We will not be able to process your order without this information.
We accept the following payment cards: VISA and Mastercard credit cards, and Debit cards with a VISA or Mastercard logo. We also accept PayPal (online only).
If you are ordering by credit card (mail order) the goods must be sent to the card holder’s registered address. If you require the goods to be sent elsewhere (i.e. a work address) you must telephone Fitness Superstore prior to ordering. You will be required to provide additional information. Please note: we are unable to accept orders under £10 (excluding delivery).
Mail Orders - If ordering by post you must provide all relevant information (i.e. product code and description, name and address, postcode and contact telephone numbers) requested on our brochure order forms. Please allow 5 working days (Monday to Friday) for clearance of personal cheques on top of normal delivery time.

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased from our website for a full refund. This does not apply to items made to your specification, perishable goods or goods purchased in store.
Please note: goods purchased in store are exchanged at the manager's discretion and may be subject to a cancellation fee. If you cancel your order in writing after it has been shipped but not yet received or you refuse to accept the delivery, then you are responsible for all return freight charges to Fitness Superstore/Bodypower Sports. If you refuse to accept delivery of your order because it has arrived damaged you will not be charged for its return. If you cancel your order in writing within 14 days of delivery of your item(s), it is your responsibility to return the item(s) to Fitness Superstore/Bodypower Sports at your expense. You must ensure that the goods are securely packed and insured against loss or damage and the goods arrive in an as new, saleable condition by a carrier that requires a signature as proof of delivery.
Due to the size of some delivery vehicles, Fitness Superstore/Bodypower Sports or any carriers delivering on behalf of us must be informed of any restrictions regarding access for the delivering vehicles and access to the property. This includes but is not limited to: steps (including those that require climbing to gain access to the property entrance), any overhanging/low trees/shrubs, steep driveways, narrow lanes, tight bends or any other restrictions that may make it difficult for the delivering vehicle to gain access to the point of delivery. Fitness Superstore/Bodypower Sports will not accept any claims for compensation arising from non/failed/refused delivery of any item where the carriers or we were not made aware of any points regarding access restrictions. In the event that the item is refused/cancelled due to these restrictions, the customer is liable for all carriage charges. Orders under 20KG may be left at an access point by our appointed carriers should the initial delivery attempt fail.
All orders over £199 are delivered FREE to mainland UK addresses (exclusions apply).

Collection of faulty products
In the event of an item being received that either develops a fault or is found to be faulty upon delivery, we will arrange to have this item collected free of charge or an engineer to call at the discretion of the manufacturer. Items for collection must be packed in secure appropriate packaging and be made available for collection by our carriers within 24hrs of you notifying us that they are faulty. If when the carrier arrives to collect the goods they are found not to be available/ready, a charge, which will be payable by you, will be made for the carrier to recollect. Once the items are received back at Fitness Superstore, we will inspect the product(s), and if necessary arrange to send out a replacement product.
Please note: if the product is found on inspection not to be faulty on its return to us, we may send this item back to you, and all delivery charges will be payable by you. If proof of purchase cannot be shown, then we reserve the right to charge for any/all repairs. Goods purchased in store are exchanged at the manager’s discretion and may be subject to a cancellation charge.

All returned items will be on a delivery only basis, no installation will be carried out unless agreed by Fitness Superstore prior to delivery.
All products on our website and in our catalogues are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. If you are using any of the products in an environment other than in a residential house, you must check to see if the product you are purchasing has a warranty for the environment you are going to use it in. For example, a product with a "home use" warranty will have no warranty whatsoever if used in a Full or Light Commercial environment. If you are unsure as to which classification of usage you require, please ask and we will be happy to check if the chosen products are suitable. No manufacturer's warranty covers failure of a product if caused by unreasonable or abusive use, if the customer alters the product in any way or if the customer fails to provide reasonable and necessary care. Warranties typically extend only to the originally purchaser, and can not be transfered. Warranties also vary from manufacturer to manufacturer; if you require clarification of the terms for particular products, we will be happy to supply these for you if not already detailed on the website.
Non UK Mainland Warranties (including Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Europe & ROW - Rest of World)
If you live outside the UK & Ireland, it is advisable that you check whether or not the product you are wishing to purchase will have warranty outside the UK & Ireland. Labour warranties for certain UK offshore postcodes may not be available.

Return to Base Labour Warranty
The return to base warranty covers all parts (for the warranty period) from the date of purchase. Parts are either supplied to the customer’s UK address free of charge or used in a service centre repair. In addition we also offer a parallel “return to base” labour warranty. Under a “return to base” warranty the customer has full responsibility for returning and collecting the item from our Northampton service centre, in the unlikely event it requires an engineer to repair. However subject to location our service department may be able to quote for a “collection and return service”, should this be required.
These consumable items are not covered by Body Power (Fitness Superstore) warranty.

ICON Health and Fitness are the manufacturers of the NordicTrack and Pro-Form product range.

ICON Health and Fitness, Inc. (ICON) warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and material, under normal use and service conditions, for a period of 12 months from the date of the original purchase.
This warranty extends only to the original purchaser (you) and is not transferable.
The warranty does not cover:
1. normal wear and tear;
2. any adaptation or changes to upgrade this product from its normal purpose as described in the product user’s manual;
3. damage resulting from: a) transportation; b) abuse, misuse, failure to follow instructions, or improper or abnormal usage; c) non-home use (including but not limited to commercial, professional, or rental purposes); d) repairs not provided by an ICON Health and Fitness authorised service provider; e) accidents, lightning, water, fire, or any other causes beyond the control of ICON Health and Fitness; f) improper location including, but not limited to, humid, dusty, or outdoor environments (examples; garages, cellars)
ICON Health and Fitness is not responsible or liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product or damages with respect to any economic loss, loss of property, loss of revenues or profits, loss of enjoyment or use, or costs of removal or installation.
This warranty covers products purchased and used inside European Union; however; not all products are distributed in every country. This could result in delays of warranty coverage if you bought this product in a different country and it is not supported in your country of residence. It may be necessary to perform repairs at an ICON-authorised repair centre. ICON reserves the right to extend or increase coverage.
The warranty is in addition to and does not in any way affect your statutory rights under applicable national laws in force, nor your rights against the dealer arising from the sales/purchase contract.
Note: Warranty extensions may apply to the NordicTrack & Pro-Form product range subject to registering with your local customer service centre within 28 days of purchase. To register this product and qualify for any warranty extensions that may apply, please complete the warranty registration card and send it with your proof of purchase to the address listed on the back cover of this booklet or register online at iconsupport.eu.

WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Regulations
Each EU Member State now has a legal obligation to minimise the disposal of WEEE in landfill sites. The broad aim of the WEEE regulations is to address the environmental impacts of electrical and electronic equipment when it reaches the end of its life.
We all have a responsibility to contribute to the reuse, recycling and other forms of recovery of WEEE under these Regulations. Over 75% of waste electrical goods end up in landfill, where lead and other toxins contained in the electrical goods can cause soil and water contamination which can lead to negative effects on human health and the environment.
Electrical and Electronic Equipment that was made after 13 August 2005 should display the crossed-out wheelie bin symbol on the packaging or product. The purpose of the symbol is to encourage householders to dispose of their WEEE separately from household waste.
What can you do?
Reuse: If your old machine is still working, do you know somebody who would like to use it? There are many organisations such as schools, clubs, residential homes etc., who would be very happy to have the use of your old equipment. In addition, there are organisations that will reuse and repair electrical and electronic equipment and some even run "cash for recycling" schemes.
Recycle: If your old equipment is no longer useful, please recycle it.

Benefits of recycling
Recycling unwanted electrical products is better for the environment. Lead and other toxins contained in electrical goods can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a very harmful effect on the natural habitat, wildlife and also human health. When situated near populated areas these toxins can cause problems to communities as their water and soil is polluted.
Many of the electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled. Recycling products helps save natural resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending waste electrical goods to landfill.
Please note: Where applicable, your old machine must be dismantled prior to collection as our engineers are not permitted to do so.

When can you write a product review?
You can write a product review when you have purchased the product being reviewed from Fitness Superstore.
What should you write about?
Your review must reflect your own first-hand Experience. You are required to concentrate on relevant points about the product. It is acceptable to evaluate the purchased product's functionality and quality.
If your review contains non product related information, you may be asked to modify your review or it may be removed. The review must not include any of the following:
- Opinions on other products/brands.
- Defamatory statements or a violation of the Fitness Superstores Guidelines.
- Violent/coarse language or a sexist/racial character.
- Any personal information about another individual, including another person's name, address, phone number, electronic mail address, credit card information or any other information that could be used to track, identify, contact or impersonate that person.
You accept and agree that Fitness Superstore may remove any of the above violations from the review. You also accept and agree that Fitness Superstore may remove references to other companies and websites (including links) from the review. Removed information is replaced with blank spaces or similar, and Fitness Superstore will not otherwise make alterations to your review.
When do Fitness Superstore remove your review?
As a main rule, Fitness Superstore do not remove reviews from their website. However, some reviews are in violation of the Fitness Superstore Guidelines and/or applicable law, and in these cases Fitness Superstore retain the right to remove your review. Below are some examples of when Fitness Superstore may remove your review:
- Your review violates Fitness Superstore’s Guidelines or Terms & Conditions.
- Fitness Superstore ask you to modify your review, and you do not do so within the deadline mentioned in Fitness Superstore’s email to you.
- Your review is of a marketing nature or has marketing purposes.
- You are a competitor of Fitness Superstore/Bodypower Sports Ltd.
- You have created multiple profiles to review Fitness Superstore/Bodypower Sports Ltd several times.
- Fitness Superstore have asked you to forward proof of your Buying Experience with Fitness Superstore/Bodypower Sports Ltd and no or insufficient documentation has been provided within the deadline.
For the avoidance of doubt, Fitness Superstore do not remove a review if:
- Your review and the number of awarded stars are seemingly conflicting, e.g. if you awarded a product only one star but wrote a very positive review the reviewed product.
- Fitness Superstore thinks your review is "unfair", e.g. because your dissatisfaction is a result of a mistake made by the supplier.
Please note: you must be able to send proof of your Buying Experience up to 12 months from the date that you wrote your review.
There is a deadline of 48 hours on communications relating to any review placed.
Third-party app fuctionality
Third-party apps integrations on fitness equipment may be subject to change, and is under the control of the product manufacturer. Fitness Superstore is not at fault if manufacturers choose to change the apps and integrations on their equipment.
Some of the products for sale on the website reference a free gift in the product name. If you would like to claim the free gift, please ensure that you select the free gift using the radio box on the product page, before adding the product to the basket. Order confirmation emails may reference the free gift in the product name - this is not confirmation that the free gift has been selected.
