PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Manufactured from 3x3” 11-gauge steel with a 1000lb / 454kg rackable capacity, the REP PR-4000 Rack is tough enough to handle whatever you can throw at it. It features 1” hole spacing within the bench zone and 2” spacing along the rest of the uprights, with laser-cut numbers every five holes making it easy to line up your attachments on either side. The PR-4000 is finished with robotic welding and robotic painting for a consistent, high-quality result. The PR-4000’s durability is reinforced with heavy-duty bolts, which require 2 x 24mm sockets/spanner if you’re building the rack yourself.
The REP PR-4000 6-Post Pro Rack features a 2-post extension for extra versatility, more room for attachments and enhanced stability. This kit comes equipped with Strap Safeties made from reinforced nylon that are not only a quieter option than Pin-Pipe or Flip-Down Safeties, but are much gentler on your bar too. A pair of Flat Sandwich J-Cups offer a larger landing zone than regular J-Cups, and can easily handle the 454kg maximum capacity. This Pro version also features a Multi-Grip Pull-Up Bar that lets you switch up your grip and target additional muscle groups (adds an extra 1” to the height of your rack). It also comes with 3 pairs of 6” and 12” Weight Horns that can attach to the extension for convenient weight plate storage.
There’s an entire ecosystem of additional attachments to explore for your PR-4000, including Spotter Arms alternative Safeties, a Landmine Attachment and much more – just select from the list of add-ons to further customise your Power Rack to your exact liking.
The REP PR-4000 is available in your choice of height (80” / 206.93 cm or 93” / 236.93 cm) and colour (Metallic Black or Red).
Please note - appearance of J-Cups may vary slightly to those in the images. Lifestyle images demonstrate the product in use, but may not reflect the exact product or set available for purchase.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What are the differences between the REP PR-4000 and PR-5000 Power Racks?
Despite looking quite similar, there are some differences that set the two racks apart. The PR-4000 has 5/8” pinholes, with 1” hole spacing throughout the bench zone and 2” spacing elsewhere, whereas the PR-5000 has 2” spacing throughout with 1” pinholes. The PR-4000 has laser-cut numbers every five holes, while every hole on the PR-5000’s uprights are numbered. You’ll find similar attachments available for both, however the PR-5000 has more attachment compatibility than any other power rack.
What are the differences between the PR-4000 and PR-4000 Pro Power Racks?
The PR-4000 Pro Power Rack comes in a 6-post configuration, has an enhanced pull-up bar, safeties and j-cups, and comes complete with weight storage horns.
Why choose a REP power rack?
REP’s power racks are fully customisable. Choose the colour, height and accessories you want to build your rack to your exact liking. REP are continuously working on developing new attachments and accessories too, so the versatility of your PR-4000 is only going to increase.
Do I need to bolt the PR-4000 to the floor?
Yes, we highly recommend bolting the rack to the ground. If you add Spotters Arms to your rack, you also need to add the Front Foot Extensions (RPPRA4150) to keep the rack stable.
Can I add a Lat Pulldown and Low Row to the PR-4000?
You can! The Lat Pulldown and Low Row (RPPR4000LAT) options are sold separately, just be sure to select the correct height option to match the height of your PR-4000. The Rear Base Stabiliser (RPPR4002RBS) is required if using this, however our Lat Pulldown kits come with this included.
What is the length of the crossmembers?
The front section of the 6-post PR4000 has 30” crossmembers, and the extension uses 16” crossmembers.
