The Reprise Pilates Ring creates light resistance during movements, helping activate the arms, chest, core, inner thighs and glutes. This lightweight Pilates Ring, also known as a Pilates Magic Circle, is made from flexible fiberglass with a foam covering offering consistent resistance. Double handles allow exercises to be performed using either the inside or the outside of the ring, letting you target different muscle groups. The Pilates Ring is compact and easy to store at home or pack into a gym bag for workouts on the go.
The Reprise Pilate Ball acts as a prop under your head, neck or lower back to make mat work or reformer movements more comfortable. Its instability forces constant engagement of the core, abdominal and lower back muscles for targeted strength gains. The Pilates Ball is made from a thickened, burst-proof PVC that inflates to 25cm in diameter (straw and stopper included for inflation).
