PT Carly Yue gives us the lowdown… How-to-Tell-If-You’re-In-an-Exercise-Plateau You don't look any different If you haven't made any muscle gains or lost weight, whichever is your goal, it’s a sign that you ought to change up either your training, nutrition, or both. You're in your comfort zone Nothing was ever achieved in life from inside the comfort zone! If training feels too easy, it's no longer as effective as it could be. You're getting injured If you're over training certain body parts you'll start to notice niggles and pain. This is a sign that you need to switch up your routine, have a sports massage, hop on the foam roller and address any weak areas. Your appetite has decreased The harder you train, usually, the hungrier you will become.
