High knees – 1 minute
30 second rest
Side stepping (4 steps each side) – 1 minute
30 second rest
Butt kickers – 1 minute
30 second rest
Quick feet – 1 minute
30 second rest
Repeat twice!
To make this even more strenuous, add a little extra weight by holding a Medicine/Slam Ball as you go!
