To help you feel as though you could run around the pitch with the players, we’ve put together the perfect football training style HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) session for you... High knees – 1 minute 30 second rest Side stepping (4 steps each side) – 1 minute 30 second rest Butt kickers – 1 minute 30 second rest Quick feet – 1 minute 30 second rest Repeat twice!
