In all fairness to yourself, you no doubt go to the gym all year round and simply want a break while on holiday, right? Calories aside, swimming is a fantastic way to wake yourself up and feel refreshed after the antics of the previous evening. Fun fact: half an hour of general breaststroke can burn around 300 calories.
