For me, keeping fit is about looking and feeling good about myself. There’s no more effective way to relieve stress and feel happy than going for a good run or blitzing my muscles with some decent functional training - Laura, Content So why do you keep fit? We all have our reasons for working out. It might be because you’re training towards a certain goal, like a marathon or it could be because it puts you in a good mood. Maybe you take part in group fitness, so it’s all about the social aspect? Or because of your competitive nature? Whatever it is that motivates you to exercise and keep fit, we want to know!
