What are Nüobell Adjustable Dumbbells?

Hailing from Sweden, Nüobell Adjustable Dumbbells offer an entirely new approach to home strength training. Dynamic free weights that can be adjusted by simply twisting the handle, these dumbbells replace up to 32 individual weights to save space and time during workouts.

What makes Nüobell different?

Shaped like traditional dumbbells, Nüobell Adjustable Dumbbells look more like the weights you’d usually see in your commercial gym, compared to other adjustable dumbbells that often feature bulky plates and handles. Available in 2-20kg or 2-32kg iterations, plus an extensive range of colours, there’s a Nüobell combination to suit any trainer.

How do Nüobell Adjustable Dumbbells work?

There are two different weight variations of the Nüobell Adjustable Dumbbells, 2-20kg or 2-32kg. Both options operate in the same way, and only require you to twist your wrist right or left to increase or decrease weight. No matter which model you choose, the weight will increase in 2kg increments, which will be clearly visible by the numbering on top of the handle.

How durable are the Nüobell Adjustable Dumbbells?

In contrast to other adjustable dumbbells, Nüobells feature a mostly-metal construction that feels impressively solid in-hand. Knurled stainless steel handles—a feature not often found on adjustable dumbbells—ensure a secure grip during workouts, and make changing the weight setting by just twisting the bar incredibly simple.

It should be said that, like other adjustable dumbbells, it’s not recommended to drop or slam the Nüobells. Dropped Nüobells are not covered by the 2-year warranty!

How can you store the Nüobell Adjustable Dumbbells?

A pair of cradles comes included with each Nüobell set. The dumbbells sit securely in their cradles, and can only be adjusted when they’re in this position. A dumbbell stand designed specifically for use with Nüobell Adjustable Dumbbells is available separately, placing the weights at the ideal height to reduce strain on your lower back when lifting. The same dumbbell stand can be used for both sizes of Nüobells.

How many Nüobells are available?

As mentioned above, the Nüobells are available in a 2-20kg or 2-32kg version. The 2-20kg set comes in either the Classic colourway (grey) or a Blackout variation, whereas the 2-32kg set can be purchased in both of these colours, plus a green, red or white option too!
